These feeds were generated using Yahoo Pipes. This is my first attempt at building feeds for Boxee so don't be mean.

The following TV's channels are supported:

Movies
Social
Sports

Items are ordered by viewer-count. Filters were added to block the boring stuff.

Social Feed (Blocked: barebonestv, garden)

Sport Feed (Blocked: Wrestling, Darts and Golf)
http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run?_id=ffa11f595568d899d5cf111d3b464a59&_render=rss

Movie Feed (Blocked: Comic, Comedy)

The full Yahoo Pipe source code/nodes can be found here: (use, copy and change as you wish)

Thumbnails in Boxee (ubuntu) aren't updating. Outside Boxee they are fine (ok on my.yahoo page in firefox).

Tried using cron to remove the tbn files every five minutes but not all the icons get rebuilt. Same results with the remove library function inside Boxee. Proper rebuild of the thumbs happen only after a restart of Boxee.

Does this mean that the thumbs rebuild everytime boxee is restarted or do you need cron to enable this? Also i'd like note i'm new, just want to add this to my boxee. What is cron (if i so happen to need it for the thumbs)?

Im not much of a darts fan, but why would you block that and wrestling & etc?

If you'd like a more specialized experience, you install my Justin.tv App and browse channels in all of the available categories, subcategories and languages. I've reverse-engineered Boxee's thumbnail caching process so the thumbnails in my App are refreshed every five minutes, which is a definite improvement over the pipes RSS feeds. (I had created my own Entertainment feeds for a while but they sucked for couch surfing because of this limitation.

Cool! I never thought that there are updates like this online. Thanks a lot for posting, this is really entertaining. Especially now that I am on vacation and I have nothing much to do at home. Watching tv is one of the best source of killing time and entertainment.
