avneron just posted a blog post (http://blog.boxee.tv/2008/12/16/fixing-bugs/) regarding the version update, primarily a bugfix for 0.9.5.4497 (http://forum.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=2532), and finally a release for us penguin lova'z.

a couple more fixes not featured in the blog post:

new configuration options to set file size limit for video recognition via Setting > Video
full screen option on 2nd display now works without jumping back to 1st display

davilla and crew at atvusb-creator (http://code.google.com/p/atvusb-creator/) also released MultiLauncher (http://forum.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=3075), which fixed the issue with boxee not always starting up (actually showing up) when running on atv. this is not yet a full launcher update, but the guys are doing tremendous work to make you happy. kudos scott and stephen!

some Flash media may rarely play in black-and-white, so go retro, and just playback again to resolve
Netflix not available on Linux and ATV
there are several issues with pulseaudio under Linux, you may need to uninstall for boxee to work

It must be said:

This version is the best release so far. Way better than the last version. Stable as hell and fast enough! Good job!
