I am a little concerned about getting an invite, because I signed up a long time ago, but never got an invite. I think I ended up posting to be invited in 3 different places. I want to know - do we need to post a new request each time a batch of invites have been sent out (and the thread subsequently closed), or do we only need to do it once? Also, has anyone had any problems with their ISP flagging their invite as SPAM?

If there are any windows invites available I would love to have one. I would like to test it out on the Windows 7 (build 6956) Nvidia 8400, P4 4GB PC and my sons Core 2 Duo 2.2 4 GB nvidia 8600gts 256 ddr3,Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit PC. Marcel -- Sweet! Thank you very much. I am so excited about trying Boxee on Windows. I have it on my iMac, but it's over Wi-Fi, so not suitable for HD content, and the dual-boot XP/Ubuntu just isn't feasible. Look forward to the invite. Thanks again.

Same here, wrote in the closed thread. Missed the form first time around thou, just filled it in now :(

I've been dying to try this, except that I can't because windows is all I have. Really want to purchase apple tv, but I need to try boxee before I do that. Until then, XBMC :)

How many invites are you guys giving out for this? The main reason I recently got the ATV was for the capabilities of Boxee. Didn't realize the Windows version was brand new.

Fille out the form...would really love the opportunity to try it.

this is for the windows version... the invites for windows are limited.

for the appletv, just post your email here: http://forum.boxee.tv/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=144
someone will send you one in the next few hours, i'm sure. :)

I might be a little confused on what I need to run it. I have a PC and an ATV. Do I need the Windows version of Boxee to run it, or do I need the ATV version?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your help.

you need the windows version to run boxee on your pc.
you need the atv version to run in on your atv.

the 'invite thread' i posted was to get an invite for a boxee/boxee.tv user account. (needed to login to boxee, once it's installed)

however, the 'invites' for windows, are invites to download the actual windows installer, which is not available on the download page.
