I noticed you have a wiki which seems to not have much on it. As far as I can tell there is no real documentation on how to use boxee, which is not too much of a trouble considering it is A) alpha and B) fairly intuitive but I was wondering if you have rules regarding the wiki...or any official documentation.

As I stumble through learning how to use your software I would love to be able to share it with others so they don't have to tackle the same problems. And now that your software has been picked up by tauw, macrumors, techcrunch, and various others recently these boards are only going to become more congested and filled with redundant questions if appropriate documentation is not provided.

I think a Boxee user manual would be useful on the wiki.

Let's say we think of an outline and I think others may join in.

Since it's based on XBMC, we can start with something like http://xbmc.org/wiki/index.php?title=Xbox_Media_Center_Online_Manual and tweak it for Boxee.

What do you think?

By the way, I created http://wiki.boxee.tv/User_Guide as a start to help with the user guide.

@iBog very nice however i believe start slowly just add a few topics(e.g adding an external hd,adding a network source etc..) and make sure that it says boxee and some of the ui flow is different to xbmc (even though based boxee is based on xbmc)...maybe pm an example so i can help you ...great idea guys looking forward to reading it.

Thanks for the support.

I'm going to work on it some tonight and make the outline more Boxee related. I like the idea of starting with the bigger picture and providing an outline so people can click on it and contribute easily.
