I wanted to watch Rescue Me and I was prompted to "log in to Hulu", but it won't let me do this from my ATV. I didn't even know that Rescue Me was for mature audiences. Help....

You'll need to go to Hulu on your computer and create an account if you haven't already. Somewhere in there it should as for an age to verify for 'mature' content.

Now, when you load the Hulu Feeds plugin, in the top right hand corner (I think, but its on the row at the top of the screen), there should be an option to login there.

I can login on Hulu online and watch Rescue Me but I cannot login inside Boxee and watch the show.

the hulu login is in the uper right hand corner, are you trying to do it through the mozilla interface?

I know what your saying but it doesn't work for me either. I will log onto Hulu inside the Hulu feeds and I can access my queue but it says i can't view mature content. I Have the setting set and i can watch them in Firefox but the mature setting in Boxee doesn't work.

I had the same issue this weekend with Killing Zoe. I was logged in in every aspect, but it still required username/password, which I was unable to enter.

I have been watching Hulu shows fine for the last week, but a few shows (Dead Like me, and The Riches) prompted me for the Mature Audiences login as people are saying above. I logged in on the Hulu app login within Boxee as Dorv and jkatis2 said. After that, I was not stopped for login, but now all hulu shows, even the ones that are not mature load only sound, but not video. The Video goes to the hulu in the browser looking screen with white at top and bottom, and the black bar in the middle where video normally play before it goes full screen, but the video never starts, and no full screen.

file log-bxflplayer.log says it can't find "hulu.js".

I logged out via the logout button in the hulu boxee app and this problem is still persisting.

I also installed version 0.9.13 and the problem is still there.

I deleted all cookies, that did not help.

I cleared the temp folder, that did not help.

Edit: I'm a tool. I realize now that my problem here is just a coincidence and is part of the new "Hulu is blocking Boxee again" problem and not related to the login at all.

OK, now the no video problem has been solved (Yay!). I have logged in on the Hulu app internal to Boxee, but I am still prompted to login on the play screen of Hulu for Mature Audience reasons.

I also have this problem. What I've noticed is that, even though I'm logged into Hulu through the plugin and have access to my Queue (verified that it was correct, too), when I launch a video and it flashes to the web browser type view I'm not logged in. Therefore, my video quality preference, subtitle preference, and verified age aren't being taken into account. I'm on the latest version of Boxee for Windows (just installed it an hour or two ago, and so far it's running nice, though it's not playing nice with Season 1 of the recent Battlestar Galactica, but whutev. I noticed that it's disregarding the word The in titles too, nice!) Hope that helped to a degree.

Same problem here. Trying to watch Dead Like Me, but keep getting prompted for my hulu username/password even though I'm logged in via Boxee.

Is this on the list of confirmed items to be worked on?

yes. marcel said it in the first post about this bug.

My apologies, I haven't seen another post on this topic.

Is there a place to see a list of known problems, so I don't double post? I've seen a list of "known limitations", which was useful, but that's not quite the same.

BTW, I think this is a fabulous piece of software, in case you haven't heard that enough lately. :)

Not officially. There's a tool that the devs and mods reference that has a list of what they are working on and all the bugs, however it's kind of in a "trial" period at the moment so we try not to publicize it.

We're more than happy to help with any issues though and tell you what they are supposedly doing. :) Chances are if there's a topic on here that's a page or more in length, the devs know about it. Good rule of thumb.

I am having this same problem trying to watch Lexx. I can go through Firefox and login, but I am not able to use Boxee to do this. Is there a solution yet?

From the link in the post above yours: Hulu Mature Content (http://forums.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=14860) -- it's a work around. Also gets you 720p video if you're a Plus subscriber.
