I am having the same problem. When I try and log in sometimes I get an invalid username message, sometimes I get "No suitable nodes are available to serve your request.". I tried to do a password reset and most of the time that fails, once it worked but when I clicked on the link in the reset email I get an "Invalid password recovery key." message.

My username is wferdwtr

This is just like being a Red Sox fan. So close, but not close enough.

I finally got in. I think their website is getting pounded, since the new version came out. It takes a long time but it finally worked for me.

It's now possible to log-in again:)
Recommendations and Friends Activity still offline though. Changes made in the profile via the website not visible in Boxee for the moment.

I am now having the same issue with the password reset link. I get the same invalid key error message as noted above. Did something happen to the site again?

Thanks.

I'm also unable to login. I had the same problem a few weeks ago, but then things were fine until yesterday. On the off-chance that my saved password was incorrect, I tried a password reset, but am now getting the message "Invalid password recovery key".

Last time this happened I just left it for a few days and the problem had resolved itself when I came back, so I assume it has something to do with server load, but the error messages are unhelpful.

With the excitement of the new release I'd really like to be able to log in today. Can anyone help?

UPDATE: A day later, and the problem has resolved itself. Hopefully we'll be encountering it less often in future.

You know, I really appreciate staff who post on forums, but sometimes your posts are less than helpful. And in what way does not being able to use the service warrant a smiley?
