    Default Twixiee(Twitter app) problem

Anyone else experience this? When I start Twixiee and attempt login, I get a '404-not found error'. After that, audio is gone on everything except navigation sounds-no sound on movies, music. Sound does still work on Featured Items on the left of home screen(at least the one YouTube link I tried). The only way I can regain audio is with a complete re-install of boxee. I'm using latest Boxee Beta, latest Launcher, latest AppleTV version. This is not isolated-I've repeated the occurrence to confirm. Weird,no?

Uh.... I'd have to defer to someone else on this subject. I personally think that Twitter may very well be da deBiL.

Yeah Im having the same problem which sucks because this is an awesome totally useful application. Twiting from in front of the TV is a whole new level of Twittering. It tells me that It will send me to twitter for a code ( which it never does ) than it asks for the code which I don't have because it never went anywhere.

This is a Killer app hope they fix it. Same gear AppleTV and Boxee latest versions.

On my Ubuntu 10.04 system Twixiee is using a text based browser to get the OAuth code from Twitter. I found this out by starting Boxee from the command line with /opt/boxee/run-boxee-desktop. I then pressed the "\" key to take Boxee out of full-screen mode so I could see the command prompt. I started Twixiee and hit sign-in. Then go to the command prompt. You should see a text browser showing the Twitter authentication page. Fill in the user name and password fields. Press Accept. Copy the generated code to your clipboard or write it down. Quit the text browser and return to Twixiee. Paste or type the code into the Twixiee app.

    Rock on, PLA

The solution with the text-based browser works!

Small correction: I needed to quit the browser ('q') in order for Boxee to ask me for the PIN.

Try librow, rogaine foam & biotin side effects together.I'm also looking for a segway for sale for commuting purposes.

I guess you're lucky then because I had the same issue as mentioned above although it is solved now thankfully.
