Play Movies works okay.

Navigate to your userdata/apps/ directory and delete your com.fuzzthed.playanything directory. Then reinstall via the Repository. There have been some major changes to library that are causing issues with the upgraded version.

I removed the shortcut, from myapps, then deleted from userdata. It works on Vista32 but not XP.

i know this is supposed to be a "dumb" app, but I'll just put my two ideas out there anyway. First, it would be great if we can select which show we want a random episode from. I have a huge amount of episodes from various shows and sometimes I'm just in the mood to watch a random episode of a particular show.
Another good feature would be to have the option to ignore movies that are already marked as watched.

Even without these items it's a great app, thanks for making it.

Go to My Apps. Open the left menu and at the bottom is the Repositories tab. Click it and then Add Rep. Past the URL Fuzz gave there. When app icon loads, click it and Add To My Apps. Now play it.

Since your last release I have been unable to play movies. TV Shows, Music, and Queue still work but I just get constant loading when trying to get a random movie.

Sounds like something's been corrupted - you may want to try uninstalling and re-installing Boxee - and if your PC has a fair/good amount of resources be sure you have the current/full release of Flash 10.1
