This morning I got a slightly different error than yesterday. I got:

"The following error has occurred: 'pet'"

This error seems to be consistent today. Everytime I try to launch the app this error comes up.

Here is the relevant snip from my log:

Did the NHL app recently get an update that broke it or do I maybe have an incorrect version of the mc.py file?

I'm getting the same "pet" error message.
I'm using the Boxee software on a win. 7 laptop

Also getting the pet error on the latest version of Boxee on my mac. Really hoping they are updating this to work, and including the nhl vault features of GameCenter this season as well.

crater and tbel can you check your logs and confirm if your logs show the same and what I posted to see if we are all getting the error for the same reason?

Same error here. 'man' yesterday. 'pet' error today.

Games start in less than 48 hours and I'm a 'cable cutter'. Hope it gets figured out before the Penguins Flyers game. I had a ticket but can't make the trip :-(

Still the same error today.

I'm concerned that we won't be able to watch the games on opening day Thursday.

Where can we go for support?

I noticed that my PlayOn NHL was also having issues but updating to the latest version of PlayOn (which came out this week) fixed the issue.

I also contacted NHL Gamecenter Support (who has proven to be very responsive and helpful) -- hoping that will help the cause as well!

Submit a ticket at http://support.boxee.tv and/or email marcel at boxee dot tv

Hope it's resolved soon!

OK -- So I've submitted a Boxee support ticket, an NHL support ticket and emailed the recommended person listed above.

Lets all keep our fingers crossed for a positive response!

I suppose I can always exit Boxee and play the game directly from the website but that kinda defeats the point, doesn't it?!
