Default Keyboard_mode

Has anyone been able to use KEYBOARD_MODE to navigate through their HTML Boxee App?

For our site we're using this keyboard shortcut plugin: http://www.openjs.com/scripts/events...ard_shortcuts/ - it works on browsers but not using the boxee keyboard. I also see the mouse cursor with keyboard mode on.

try including the control script in the html page instead.
Sounds like its not entering keyboard mode.

Include this in youre pages.

I've actually got the control strip both in the head as well as the app's xml file. Should I remove one or the other? Its loading the same file so I don't think thats the issue. If I change to NORMAL_MODE then the behavior changes. I can use the Play/Pause/Skip/Volume events - but that means I can't use the direction controls for any navigation.

tried it now.
Keyboard mode works aslong as you do not have fullscreen flash content.
Then boxee box ignores keyboard mode and decides to put up its OSD.
Very annoying since that means you cannot have flash navigation with the keyboard...

i added my control file in the app defenition.

Yes I'm running on Boxee Box. The app isn't fullscreen mode, although I have the video (youtube chromeless player) inside a div with 100% height and width - so it scales to most of the screen.

After further hacking around, I've isolated the problem to the YouTube Chromeless player. If I disable it, the keyboard navigation works. I don't know if its limited to just the YT Chromeless player but atleast we have a data point.

My guess is that if Boxee detects flash it ignores keyboard mode.
I would say this is a bug. Once in keyboard mode it should stay there until told otherwise.

Hi,
it seems like a dumb question, but would you mind to tell me how you did this ?
