Description

I've two read-only, guest access (so no password) Samba shares setup on a linux server (on the same subnet as the boxee box). Read/display was working fine and all indexed ok, but leaving the box overnight has resulted in both drives now displaying 'Disconnected' in the Settings menu and no content being displayed. Nothing I do seems to reconnect them.

I can view both shares fine if I try to add a new source and can browse through their content in the Files > Local Content and Network shares menu, but still cannot view them as local sources.

Alan, you wrote "Nothing I do seems to reconnect them"
1. when sources appear as disconnected, does a restart to the box, restore the connections?
2. could it be that the internet was disconnected during the time Boxee box lost the connection to the samba shares?
See BOXEE-7207

DEBUG log slows down the performance. so afterward, switch the log level back to NONE
