I cannot hear any audio through by Boxee Box, what should I do?

Make sure that the audio cables are connected to both your Boxee Box and your TV or AV receiver. Check to see that the volume on your TV or AV receiver is at an audible level and that your receiver (if you are using one) is set to the correct input.

If audio issues only occur when you´re trying to play content marked as 5.1 Surround Sound, it might be that your TV or AV receiver does not support Dolby Digital or you did not select the correct options from the Settings > System >Audio options.
